ISO 9001
ISO 9001 : 2000 Specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization.
1. Needs to demonstrate its ability to consistentyly provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory the effective.
2. Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
All requirements of this International Standard are generic and are intended to be applicable to all organizations, regardless of type, size and product provided. Strength Master is ISO 9001:2000 Certified.
GS
The Geprüfte Sicherheit ("Tested Safety") or GS mark is a voluntary certification mark for technical equipment.
The main difference between GS and CE mark is that the compliance with the European safety requirements has been tested and inspected by a state-approved (but independent) body.
A CE Mark, in contrast, is issued for the signing of a declaration that the product is in compliance with the standards.
Although the GS mark was designed with the German market in mind, it appears on a large proportion of electronic products and machinery sold elsewhere in the world. All Strength Master products meet this specification.
ETL
The ETL Listed Mark is the legal equivalent to the UL and CSA Listed Marks
The true legal requirement to test and certify products for sale in the United States is a designation by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL).
An NRTL's function is to provide independent evaluation, testing, and certification of any electrically operated or gas- and oil-fired product. All Strength Master products meet this specification.
RoHS
Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC
The Directive on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment 2002/95/EC commonly referred to as the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive or RoHS) was adopted in February 2003 by the European Union.
The RoHS directive took effect on 1 July 2006, and is required to be enforced and become law in each member state. This directive restricts the use of six hazardous materials in the manufacture of various types of electronic and electrical equipment. It is closely linked with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) 2002/96/EC which sets collection, recycling and recovery targets for electrical goods and is part of a legislative initiative to solve the problem of huge amounts of toxic e-waste. Strength Master is RoHS compliant.
REACH
Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals REACH
All manufacturers and importers of chemicals must identify and manage risks linked to the substances they manufacture and market. For substances produced or imported in quantities of 1 ton or more per year per company, manufacturers and importers need to demonstrate that they have appropriately done so by means of a registration dossier, which must be submitted to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
The Agency may then check that the registration dossier complies with the Regulation and must evaluate testing proposals to ensure that the assessment of the chemical substances will not result in unnecessary testing, especially on animals.Where appropriate, authorities may also select substances for a broader substance evaluation to further investigate substances of
